Anastasia belongs to Don Bluth and hell, even if Disney came at him to buy fucking Rockadoodle for several million dollars, he’d never do it. He has principles, and Disney has too much pride and they had a huge falling out where Don Bluth broke off from Disney after drawing a few uncredited scenes for The Black Cauldron and The Fox and the Hound because he felt that Disney’s films had lost their charm and…. wow, I can’t believe you would even think this shit would ever happen. I hope that that Anastasia character gets some love every so often.
Her character was pretty good in Cinderella II and I loved her. I’d want to give her a big hug and thank her for being such an underappreciated character that is a little more than just a snide bitch, once she grows up and understands life a bit better.
I love her story because it says that anybody can find love and that everybody deserves it. (via neverland2disneyland)
